Welcome! I'm so happy to announce art classes! 
 
My goal: 
To inspire and guide you to being a little bit better than you were before so that you can continue to improve and reach your drawing/painting goals. 
 
The Classes: 
Drawing- The class is just one *session. It is an introduction into drawing. We will be doing exercises to teach you 2 drawing skills I use all the time. I don't plan on us rendering perfect drawings. This is more a crash course in how to get a good foundational drawing. Remember I'm a painter not a drawer but these skills are foundational for a good painting. 
 
Watercolor Painting- This class is two *sessions. In this class I'd like to introduce you to my first love- watercolor painting. Watercolor is so accessible and it can do such amazing things. I'm a self taught watercolorist and I'd love to share my knowledge and experience. My hope is that you'll be able to get a little painting close to finished but that isn't really the goal. The goal is for you to feel more comfortable and empowered in your watercolor painting. 
 
Oil Painting- This class is two *sessions. In this class I'd like to introduce you to oil painting. Oil painting can be a big scary thing to get into and so sometimes we just never try. I didn't  want to learn oil painting on my own because it scared me. So I learned at Gage Academy. I'm so thankful for that experiene. I want to share the basics of oil painting and some techniques that I use in my own work. My hope is that you'll be able to get a little painting close to finished but that isn't really the goal. The goal is for you to feel more comfortable and empowered in your oil painting. 
 
So how do I sign up? 
Look through the options I'm offering and purchase them like a product (I give a $10-$20 discont if you order the classes as bundles, priced as is) 
When you purchase your class(es) I will email you the supply list (pictured above) and also a summary of the details (time/place etc) 
Please read through the supply lists carefully and come prepared for whichever classes you signed up for. 
 
Other things of note- 
Oil painting class students will be required to take and wash their dirty brushes, there will not be sink access during class. For cleaning oil painting brushes I recommend Dawn dish soap and "the masters" artist hand soap
If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand and I can refund you. I will not issue refunds for notice less than 24 hours or if you don't give me any notice :)
